Stock items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase.
We cannot accept product returns for custom orders unless there is an issue with the product.
Items that were ordered incorrectly or were pre-approved for color by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns must be shipped back to us prepaid and we must be notified in advance.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
